Storage Advice
Refrigerate your fish as soon as it arrives and keep it on the coldest shelf. For the very best flavour and texture, enjoy fresh fish within one to two days of delivery. If you would like to keep it longer, freeze it on the day of arrival and defrost gently in the fridge before cooking. Never re-freeze fish that has already been defrosted.
