+ Where does House o Fish deliver to?
We currently deliver across the UK mainland. Orders placed before 8am are delivered the same evening. Scottish Highlands and some remote postcodes may add an extra day.
+ What times and days do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Saturday. Our fishing partners land their catch each morning; we process and dispatch by midday, and our courier partners deliver between 4pm and 9pm.
+ Can I choose a specific delivery time?
At checkout you can select a preferred delivery window (afternoon or evening). While we can't guarantee minute-precise slots, we'll do our best to hit your preference.

+ How do I cancel my subscription box?
You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard with no penalty. Cancel before Tuesday midnight to skip that week's box. No contracts, no fees.
+ What if a product didn't satisfy me?
Our quality guarantee is simple: if you're not 100% happy, we'll replace the item or issue a full refund. Just contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a quick photo.
+ Is the fish fresh or frozen?
All our fish is fresh — never frozen — and delivered the same day it is landed. The only exception is our sushi-grade tuna, which is flash-frozen at sea within minutes of catch to preserve peak quality and food safety.
+ How is the fish packaged?
All fish is vacuum-packed on ice in insulated boxes that keep the temperature below 4°C for up to 24 hours. The packaging is 100% recyclable.

We're based in London but our roots are in the sea. Every member of our team is a passionate cook, and we believe fish should be the centrepiece of more British tables. That means making it easier, more affordable, and more delicious to cook fish at home.
We also believe in doing things the right way. Every supplier we work with is MSC certified or working towards it. We use 100% recyclable packaging, and a portion of every order goes towards ocean conservation charities.
